Quantum Theory This prediction is about what will replace Observer Created Reality in the interpretation of Quantum Mechanics. Traditionally the manifestations of both particle and waves have been considered as complimentary to each other and come about depending on what is being measured. Change what you measure for and it changes the Reality in other words. Theorists say: measure for a particle and you don't get the wave effects and measure for the wave and you cant know if there is a particle at all. Out of all the things in Quantum Mechanics Albert Einstein detested Observer Created Reality the most. And I am here making this prediction to vindicate him. There is No OCR! The mystical OCR doesn't exist and instead there is a new phenomenon to understand. This new phenomenon explains why there is sometimes no wave effects for electrons and matter in general. Simply put: sometimes there is no wave. It collapses temorarily. But as we know from cloud chambers: there is always a particle. We can see them. I conclude that there sometimes is no wave by looking at the Two Slit Experiment in QM; shooting electrons through the slits which can be illuminated by a light source as they pass through. Shoot electrons through the holes without shining light on them and they make a wave pattern at the detection screen on the other side. Add light to detect them at the holes and the wave pattern at the screen disapears. What I am saying is when light interacts with the electrons their waves collapse temporarily; just long enough that they pass through the holes without a wave to -self-intefere. No wave at the holes means No wave interference at the detection screen. And that is what is detected. No wave explains the complete absence of any wave effect at the detection screen. This new phenomenon is the wave function of matter(electrons) collasping temporarily as light interacts with it(them). Scientists have been wondering "where to place wave function collapse?" This is theoretical evidence for exactly where: when light interacts with matter. Of course there might be other places but this is evidence for at least one. Predicted by Mitch Raemsch |
