New Orleans I predict that they will decide to fill the city in as a permanent solution to their problem. By bringing it up to sea level they will not need to rely on very vulenerable levees to deal with future huricanes. As I see it this as the best solution. I do not know of any past precedent for this. It could be a first time. It should be done. |
