Earth's rotation creates outward weight as you move out from the hub of motion or center like a spoke. The inward weight of gravity gets canceled by this rotational weight that is not just at the Earth's surface. It begins inside and cancels more and more as you move outward and the centrifugal force increase to a maximum at the surface. Of course the equator has the greatest weight cancel due to its fastest rotation.
This is weight cancel in gravity plus rotation inside the Earth.
Centripedal force has been the problem all along. There is no inward weight from rotation; only gravity.
