That's the only way we will win the war.

Take a look at what they do to their kids.
Eight hours a day these kids are taught only
the Koran. Memorizng it endlessly.

You know these children hate what they
have to go through. But they can't do anything
about it. They can't take it out on their own
society. So they have immense hatred and
where does it go? To a scapegoat.
Toward America.

The freedom they were originally robbed of
as children we have. We have what they lost
and they hate us for it.

The problem with terrorists is they usually represent a minority view. Sometimes they can win over enough supporters which then makes them revolutionist. Finally if they win their cause they become the government. After all the United States revolution was started by a minority that resented any obligation to the British government. The problem of terrorism has more to do with a fundamental quality or trait of human beings and even extends to other animals and that is the challenging of authority. This is a natural process of almost any animal’s social protocol. It’s what creates change and motivates natural selection. When man discovered agriculture the technology allowed for labor specialization and religion provided the cause for uniting very large masses of people. The combination of the two gave birth to nations of by which modern society is still modeled today. However nations are always a grouping or set of smaller factions that have agreed to cooperate with one another. The cooperation of such factions is always burdened with competition and struggles for power. As populations become enormous the danger of small percentages of individuals that become non-complacent and violent increases. The reason this happens IMHO is due to the numbers that these groups can form. Remember that our ancestry started out in tribe like societies numbering tens to hundreds. Our very nature of what we call a membership or click doesn’t require any formal constitution. Combine this trait with very advanced technology like the internet and it is quite possible that out of 6 billion people there could a thousandth of a percent that believe violent acts toward the status quo a good idea. One thousandth of a percent of 6 billion is an army of 60,000! If the group find supporters and can gain a fraction more of a percent it could easily lead to an army of a million. A well-coordinated group of that size could decimate cities and even countries. The very nature of man no matter how sophisticated or unified the world becomes will always suffer from this weakness. This flaw of rebelliousness in the human consciousness was and still is the catalyst for innovation but the experiment called man may come to a close with the verdict of impractical because self-destruction is inevitable.

What we need in America is for the minority extremes at
the right and the left to move back towards the center.
That way we can be strong enough to resist terrorism.
And can find agreement and that wonderful future our
founding fathers saw for us.

Burning fire does not put it off.
Understanding it cause and ingredients gives us the technology to put it off.
Poverty, injustice, double standards, oppression, condescending, looking down on, slavery, racism and similar traits are certainly feeding the acts of terrorism, which is partly militaristic but void of national ideology to support the illusion of legal war.
The presence of the USA forces in Iraq did not reduce the bombings but increased it, which should have been expected as I reasonably have analysed.
America now is only paying the cost of its pride rather than solving the problem from its roots. Any reasonable reaction would have been wrongly interpreted as defeat by the American administration, which was unacceptable by the standards of the national pride of the most powerful nation on earth.
Who is more powerful, you, or a tiny puny insignificant bacteria that you happen to enjoy to eat?
If it makes you sick, then stop eating it rather than raising war against it.

A female cat guarding its kittens is a terrorist if you stick your hand in its den and get scratched.
An African lion's twin was a terrorist (A true story) when hunters killed its twin, and the living twin hunted the hunters one after the other cunningly, raiding their camp.

The answer is to find the roots of the hate that fuels retaliation-chains that never end and solve the problem from its roots.
Is it already the scarcity of resources that drives a nation to falsely claim ownership and start a conflict?
Or is it historical ethnic grudge that was formulated and encapsulated into religions and seemingly have no remedy, yielding fanatics who disagrees with the other faction's ways that invade them culture-wise on their own territory of dominance?
Whatever the reason is, we need to find it and think of a way out other than the barbaric wars to home innocent children fall victim on either side. Shame on those who boast about their culture and wealth while demonstrating political poverty of ethics and humanitarianism.
