the global oil reserves will finally end up much sooner than predicted.. there will be fear and chaos, but the faithfull science will find many more clean and efficient ways of getting energy so the world functions again, all this with the help of artists spreading the new energy information. (and this will also end the stupid oil wars and car smog emissions and plastic abuse, etc. etc.)

2012 is to early for oil to run out, IMO. It will get scare, with much the same effect.

you are not the only one.
One of the World's most respected ananlysts saw Oil output peaking in late 2005 - - this is the same Hubbert peak as the more common 2036 Predictions, but he claims when all Opec nations reassessed Reserves in the late 1970s in light of Opec Quotas being based on Reserves, this lead to a
FRAUDULENT !!!
. . . increase in reserves.

We'll find out.

In the meantime the Banks are refusing funding for ANY long-term Refinery or Storage projects, fearing they will be unneeded.

Producing the Present Wild Price Chaos.
