By the end of 2007 most of the cars in the US will be fitted with driving aids such as parking aids and obstacle scanners, for dealing mostly with fog. This technology will dramatically lessen the percentage of accidents on the motorways caused by fog’s low visibility. These driving aids will use radars that would be no bigger than one fifteenth the size of a penny!
These luxuries will not be common in the under developed countries until after 2013, at least, because of the great technological gap between the developed and the underdeveloped.
