The most prized commodity in the future will be clean water. It is an investment concept I've held for a long time now and after learning that companies like General Electric (GE) are dedicating millions of dollars into new research teams for future products in this sector, I think there is some money to be made there for long-term investors. One such stock is Cuno (CUNO).
