I predict that the most critical breakthrough in science shall be the empirical proof that all particles are waves beyond the duality of nature paradox.
The Concept of Aether shall be revived and accepted taking a new definition else than the one disproved by the M&M X.
Aether is a dynamic chaotic continuum out of which order emerges in the form of self referencing magnetic vortexes that anchors spacetime.
Those magnetic vortexes affect the chaotic Aether as much as it is affected by it and that is how such vortexes communicate and interact.
Since the empirical evidence have just emerged by developing electron wave holography, I predict that by 2010 at most my predicted theory shall be the foundation of the standard model.
I would agree with your prediction that there is a coordinated structured 'aether' which can be used to predict characteristics of dark matter-energy and Hubble Constant among others.

Sorry, but though there will be a return to the aether concept and it will be dynamic, it will not be built of self-referencing vortices. Either its properties will not be discovered for another 100 years or so or it will be realised that it is something like my “Phi-Wave Aether”, a continuous medium in which longitudinal “phi-waves” propagate, modulations and interference patterns of these waves carrying all radiation and all forces. It will be accepted that everything cycles through space time. The cycle time being inversely proportional to the total energy.
Baseballs for example have no wave properties at all until and unless they are isolated for millions of years. Electrons are particles for a very short time then become waves after making one cycle (one cycle is equvalent to an infinate number of cycles sine they travel back in time and re-live .
Evidence to support this conjecture already exist. Interferrence patterns with fullerenes shows a peak spacing significantly smaller than predicted by a pure wave theory. The experimenters ignore this fact as they were just happy to get them to exhibit wave properties.
the fullerenes took some time after exiting the diffraction gratiing as particles to become waves. The effective gratting to dectector distance is less than actual. The peak spacing in the experiment is about 50 um. Using their own calculations it should be 58.
Oh by the way, this also explains gravity, the Hubble formula and the doppler anonomly seen on all distant space probes.
