Time slows down in gravity. Einstein said: the patterns of curved space-time around mass are absolute. This is one dimension of time changing. Stephen Hawking has proposed Imaginary Time that runs at right angles to the real time as decribed by Einstein. From his point of view there would be two dimensions of time curving the universe in the 4th dimension.

Time Belongs to the Mind, Motion Belongs to the Universe

In science we experience motion with the rational mind. Scientific mind uses "time" as a main frame into which all physical phenomena are examined. Time as a frame of the mind (we will call it "mind-time frame") was build up by observing motion. To have a rational understanding of the events in the nature human mind has developed "mind-time frame" that is composed out of past, present and future.
In the universe time does not exists, there is no evidence about time. All we observe is motion. We experience motion into the "mind-time frame", we project time into the universe.
By observing (watching, witnessing) the mind we become distinguish between motion and time, we become aware that motion runs into what Einstein calls NOW.

……... there is something essential about the "now" which is outside the realm of science. Albert Einstein

the speed of motion depends on the curvature of space.

Time can't have multiple dimensions because time does not change. Spatial velocity is given as dx/dt. Velocity in time(dt/dt) is nonsensical. As simple as that. In other words, no time travel to the past or the future, no motion in space-time, no wormholes and no hanky-panky with your great, great grandmother. There is only the changing present, aka the NOW. Distance is an illusion and we'll be able to travel instantly from anywhere to anywhere.

If time does not exist how can we measure it?

I don't know if one can travel through time. (I'll say that first so you don't criticize me). What I do know is that time is only the measurement of movement at what speed. If you cannot measure time you cannot measure speed (45 miles/HOUR). Thus time is a form of measurement.

Movement is the ability to go from one part of a dimension to another. Thus, it is a possibility that there is a dimension of movement. That might be what they confuse with time.

Look at movement. It can change. If movement itself is a dimension then it is a dynamic one.
