It's 2004.....alot has happened already, so here it goes:
I think Britney Spears will die. I'm not trying to be stupid or mean here, but of all things that could happen, why not this one? I mean, we've seen enough Michael Jackson (who already looks dead)....but the only things we've seen about Britney are:
-Her getting married
-Her making $$$$ on crappy CD's
-Her troubles with Justin
-Her troubles in everyday life ("oh, how it sucks to be the billion dollar princess")
-Her showing off body parts in magazines and videos
-Her kissing another woman (Madonna)
So, logically, death would have to come next.....it makes sense, doesnt it? Shes done EVERYTHING else, besides Michael Jackson, so I'd say her life is about over before the end of this year.
Some possible things that could happen are: plane crash, freak accident from a concert, falling off a building, being shot, seeing Michael Jackson, and kissing Barbara Walters at the next awards show.
Mark this day on your calendars folks.....I could just be right.
All her issues are that typical of a pop star starving for attention. I think that putting those events in order as if they are steps all pointing to death might be jumping the gun a little bit.
So what you're saying, ProblemIsChoice, is that since she's done pretty much everything else she can do, she's going to die? I find that hard to believe, but it has happened to other musicians, such as Janis Joplin, Jim Croce, John Lennon, Kurt Cobain (with a huge asterisk), etc., and some non-musical people, like MLK. What you seem to be suggesting is an act of some cruel higher power. I'm not saying you're right or you're wrong, I'm just, well, building on the issue.
I would agree that entertainers would seem to need extreme exposure to keep their names alive in the media. And, truth be told, I am a bit surprised that no entertainer in recent years has attempted to "fake their own death".
However, it would seem that going to such as extreme as death for any entertainer as young as Britney would seem a bit far-fetched. There are many other captivating routes for an entertainer to pursue at her age. She could do anything from attempt to break into a new genre of music to a complete sex change. If sensationalism is the route her producers are pushing her towards for greater ratings, then she has many choices opened up to her.
