This principle of increased flow of electrons might come into play in the future but we need new wires and an electric grid to handle accelerated electricty. It is more effecient electric power. At Nuclear Reactors we are dampening down fast electricty. We need to change so that we can utilize it.
When we realize what we need to do it will necessarily happen that we will take apart our nuclear weapons for fuel in these Reactors. All of this will happen in the future.
