If part of the universe is moving differently from the rest then its motion began at the Big Bang. There is nothing outside the universe to cause it period. It is orginal motion at the BB.

If Dark flow is true then in the cosmological hypersphere theory of the universe certain collections of matter had a different original motion when created on the expanding hypersphere surface after the Big Bang.

This motion may not continue to stand up to future observation. It might be a fluke in my opinion.

At the Big Bang if everything were created moving in different ways this Dark flow would be predicted.

Einstein said that there is No Absolute Rest. The fact that things began in motion would prove this.
