The Dream of Personal Flight

VTOVL is an acronym for vertical takeoff vertical landing.

fabulous and genius invention awaiting mass production after flight regulations
and refuelling services had been implemented. Notice that it is a vehicle, which means that no traditional airport is required, however, this would cause an
impact with the current laws and regulations, possible smuggling across borders and much more sinister ways of using this technological breakthrough.
